David Bulmer M.B.I.I - Managing Director

  At only 30, David has accumilated vast experience within the License Sector. Starting a management career with Allied Domecq's 'Big Steak' Branded Managed House Division as the youngest Licensee at 21, David quickly turned around a seriously failing business, grossing less than £300 per week profit and within 5 months was producing a hefty £4000 per week bottom line.
With the Break Up of Allied Domecq's Managed Estate, David moved to Greene King and took on a new challenge within a new brand concept for them. Moving to Oxford, David opened a 140 cover A la Carte Restuarant and produced a staggering £30k per week gross, from a business which was struggling to take £5k per week. Following on from that success David joined Hardys & Hansons Plc (formally Kimberley Ales) as a Duty Manager in their Flag Ship Food Outlet and proceeded to improve the cost control and operations of the business, resulting in better Gross Profit and Margins. From there David, and his now partner Cassie, were appointed to a new acquisition in Greater Manchester to help develop Hardys & Hansons' new 'Tavern' Brand. Using service standards as a starting block, David and Cassie developed the new site into a thriving Town Centre business which fast became the place-to-be whatever day of the week!
In both, 2003 & 2004 David & Cassie were nominated for the prestigous 'Licensee of the Year Award' and gained regional Finalist and Finalist respectively for those years. David & Cassie have also achieved recognition in Training Awards & Course Developments.
At times David's methods have been creative, some would say even controvertial, but if there's one thing David can do, it's deliver results.
